OUT OF HOURZ CLUB · PARTY HOLIDAY TRAVEL
The main event deserves a good plan.
It’s easy to picture the night. Getting the whole crew there takes a few practical decisions — make them together before booking.
Confirm the event before confirming the trip
Use the official organiser’s details for the name, dates, venue and ticket terms. A social post or an example itinerary is not confirmation. Line-ups, entry rules and availability can change.
Be clear about tickets
Tell us if you already have tickets. Your travel quote should state whether event access is included or arranged separately, and you should know who supplies it.
Think about getting there and getting home
Look at arrival times, travel from the accommodation to the venue, and the journey back after the event. Ask about the available transport rather than assuming late-night services will run.
Give the weekend some breathing space
Build in time to settle in and recover. Early departures after a late event might not suit your crew. Share how many nights you want, not only the event date.
Review protection and cancellation separately
Flights, a package holiday and separately booked tickets can have different terms and protection. Read the organiser’s conditions and check the arrangements that apply to each part. Understand booking protection →
Share one clear plan
Send your crew the offer link so everyone is looking at the same inclusions. Add the event name, group size, dates and budget when you request your personalised quote.
