Large group holidays: planning for 6, 10 or 20 people
The bigger the group, the more the details matter. Beds, payments, flights and decisions all take longer, so a plan and a clear organiser save a lot of stress. Here is how to do it.
Pick one organiser
One person should deal with us and collect decisions from the rest. Others can handle specific jobs, such as chasing payments or collecting passport names.
Accommodation for bigger groups
- Confirm how many people each option sleeps and how beds are split.
- Villas and large apartments often work out cheaper per person than many hotel rooms.
- Split the group across several apartments in the same complex if needed.
- Check rules on noise and visitors.
Collecting payments
Set deposit deadlines early and make it clear what happens if someone drops out. We confirm payment terms in your quote, and the organiser stays in charge of collecting from the group.
Destinations that work for large groups
Zante
Many group-friendly apartments in Laganas and Kalamaki.
Malta
Apartments and aparthotels around St Julian's and Sliema.
Croatia
Group apartments near Split, Zrće and the islands.
Flights
Groups rarely fly from the same airport at the same time. Agree a window and a meeting point, and allow time for late arrivals.
