OUT OF HOURZ CLUB · PARTY HOLIDAY TRAVEL
Your enquiry. Your information.
This notice explains the current enquiry service and how the information you submit is used.
Information you provide
The quote form asks for your name, email address, destination, group size and confirmation that you are 18 or over. You may also provide a phone number, travel month, budget and notes. Please don’t include passport details, payment details or sensitive information about other travellers in the notes.
Mailing list
If you join our mailing list we store your email address, the page you signed up on and the time you gave consent. We use it to send deals and event announcements, including added discounts on selected holidays and events that are subject to availability. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by emailing info@outofhourzclub.com. We keep your details until you unsubscribe. The mailing list is for adults aged 18 or over.
How your information is used
Your enquiry is saved in our enquiry dashboard and an email notification is sent to info@outofhourzclub.com when the email service is configured. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss travel options. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored on the service’s server and are accessible through the password-protected dashboard. Our email provider processes notification messages. The public form does not store your contact details in browser storage.
Your choices
You can ask about your information, request a correction or ask for deletion by emailing info@outofhourzclub.com. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office about data protection concerns.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not set marketing cookies or load third-party analytics. We count public page loads and basic actions such as sharing and quote starts on our server to understand site performance. These are aggregate counts, not unique visitor profiles; we do not save IP addresses or user-agent strings for analytics. Repeat views may be counted, and known automated clients are filtered. Where sent by your browser, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals stop this activity counting. The public page-view counter shows measured page loads only. The private dashboard uses an essential session cookie for administrator sign-in. Any future analytics or marketing tools should be disclosed before being enabled.
Your 2027 poll vote
The optional destination poll collects your chosen destination, an age band and gender choice. You can select “Prefer not to say” for demographic answers. Voting is for adults 18 and over. Destination totals are public; individual responses and demographic breakdowns are available only to authorised staff to help plan our trips. We do not ask for your name or email, or connect the vote to an enquiry.
If you choose to vote, an essential first-party cookie remembers an opaque random vote token for up to one year. The database stores a hash of that token, not the token itself. Voting again from that browser updates one counted vote. Clearing cookies or using another browser can bypass this limit, so the results are a visitor poll rather than a representative survey. Staff can exclude spam with a recorded reason.
Your agreement is requested before voting. To withdraw your vote, use the removal control on the poll page from the same browser. Individual poll responses are deleted after the 2027 campaign, with aggregate destination totals retained. Browser tokens are not used for marketing.
Before the live service launches
