Terms & conditions

Please read these terms before you ask for a quote or book. They explain our role, how booking and payment work, and your rights. Last updated 17 October 2026.

1. About us

Out of Hourz Club plans group holidays and event trips for adults aged 18 and over. We are an independent travel advisor and book through Inteletravel UK Ltd (company number 10983417, registered office 2nd Floor, Nucleus House, 2 Lower Mortlake Road, Richmond, TW9 2JA), an ABTA member (ABTA P7384) and ATOL holder (ATOL 12022). 2. Our role

We act as a travel agent. When you book, your contract is with InteleTravel or with the travel company providing the service (for example a tour operator, airline or hotel), not with Out of Hourz Club. Their booking conditions apply to your booking. We give you the relevant booking conditions before you pay, and your quote tells you who your contract is with.

3. Quotes and prices

Quotes are free and you are under no obligation. Prices on our website and in quotes are based on availability and prices at the time we checked, and are shown per person for the group size stated unless we say otherwise. Prices may vary and are not confirmed until your booking is made. A deposit shown on our website is the amount needed to reserve that trip; the balance and its due date are set out in your booking conditions.

4. Booking and payment

When you are ready to book, we send you a secure payment link. You pay InteleTravel or the travel company directly. We never ask for cash, bank transfers to a personal account, or card details by email or phone. Your booking is confirmed only when the travel company or InteleTravel confirms it. The lead traveller must be 18 or over and is responsible for giving us correct details for everyone in the group, including names exactly as they appear on passports.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by the booking conditions of InteleTravel or the travel company, which may include fees or loss of deposit. Ask us and we will help you request a change and explain any costs before anything is changed.

6. Financial protection

The protection that applies depends on what you book, and your quote tells you before you pay. Flight-inclusive packages we create through InteleTravel are financially protected by InteleTravel’s ATOL (ATOL 12022), and you receive an ATOL Certificate. Packages from a tour operator, such as Jet2holidays or TUI, are protected by that operator’s own ATOL. Trips without a flight booked through InteleTravel are covered by InteleTravel’s ABTA bond. Anything you buy separately, such as event tickets from a ticket seller, is a separate contract and is not covered by this protection. See travel protection.

7. Your responsibilities

Make sure everyone has a valid passport, any visas or travel permits needed, and meets health and entry requirements.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every traveller, taken out when you book.
Check the age limits for events and venues; some are 20+ or 21+.
Follow local laws and the rules of the hotels, venues and transport you use.

8. Event tickets and other websites

Where a ticket is not included in one of our packages, we link to the official seller, such as Skiddle. Those tickets are sold by the seller under their own terms. We may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the content of other websites.

9. Using our website

We work to keep information on our website accurate, but event dates, line-ups, prices and availability can change, so please check before you book. The content and design of this website belong to Out of Hourz Club and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission. You must not misuse the website or attempt to copy its content automatically.

10. Our responsibility to you

As your travel agent, we are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. The organiser of a package holiday, or the provider of a travel service, is responsible for providing it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

11. Complaints

If something is not right, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally while you are still away, so it can be put right, and email info@outofhourzclub.com. We will help you raise it with the travel company or InteleTravel. If a complaint about an ABTA member cannot be resolved, ABTA offers independent dispute resolution.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may also bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you ask for a quote or book is the one that applies.
