OUT OF HOURZ CLUB · PARTY HOLIDAY TRAVEL
A budget everyone can say yes to.
The best group plan is the one everyone can actually afford. Agree a useful budget before the excitement turns into a booking decision.
Separate the holiday price from the spending money
Discuss the trip cost and the money people need while away. Flights, accommodation, transfers, baggage, event tickets and insurance may be separate parts of the plan. Meals, drinks, local transport and optional activities can change what “£750 each” really means.
Ask what the price covers
Check the room basis, number of nights, departure airport, baggage allowance and transport arrangements. An advertised “from” price needs its conditions; the quote for your group depends on dates and availability.
Leave optional extras optional
A boat day or club night can be the highlight, but nobody should discover an extra cost after committing. Mark the essentials and the nice-to-haves before sending an enquiry.
Agree dates and room sharing early
A different departure day or room setup may change the options available. Share any genuine flexibility, alongside the maximum each person is comfortable spending.
Read the payment and cancellation conditions
Before paying, confirm the total price, deposit, balance date, organiser and what happens if somebody drops out. Don’t assume each traveller can cancel independently under a group arrangement.
Send a budget we can work with
Use a per-person figure in your quote request and explain what you expect it to cover. If the amount excludes flights or spending money, say so. A clear starting point helps us discuss relevant options.
Make it your club trip.
